Ingredients:
2-3 pounds turkey wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tablespoons of Kinder’s poultry seasoning
1 tablespoons garlic purée
1 onion
1 red bell pepper, 1 orange bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper
1 cup of chicken broth
lemon and vinegar (for cleaning)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) , while cleaning the Turkey wings in lemon and vinegar.
2. Rinse turkey wings and pat dry with paper towels.
3. In a large bowl add Turkey wings .. mix olive oil, garlic purée and all seasonings
4. In a oven safe dish add 1/2 stick of butter, add in onions and bell peppers and arrange turkey wings on top in a single layer. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and cover with foil.
6. Bake for 1 hour covered , then uncover and bake an additional 45 minutes.
7. Remove from oven.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
I served Turkey Wings with white rice and cabbage , but it can be served with any sides you’d like .
